Ordering and delivery
Every piece is made to order in Durban, usually within a week of payment. Once it's ready, we send it off with our courier, and delivery times depend on where you are in the country.
Yes, we courier anywhere in South Africa. At checkout, choose the Main Centres rate (R250) or the Outlying Areas rate (R350). Delivery is included in the price of the Cosy Nest.
You can pay securely online through PayFast, or by EFT (direct bank transfer). EFT orders go into production once payment reflects.
Because every item is made especially for you, we can't offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size or fabric was ordered, so please check the dimensions before you buy. Manufacturing defects are covered by our 12-month warranty.
Of course. Add as many as you like to your cart in any mix of products and fabrics.
Yes. We make bean bags in your colours and with your logo for offices, corporate gifting and events. Visit our Custom Branded page to request a quote.
Our products
Each product page lists its exact dimensions. As a guide, the Pool Bean Bag is 140 x 110 cm, the Teardrop comes in Medium (140 x 110 cm) and Small (100 x 80 cm), and the Cosy Nest comes in Medium (110 x 70 cm) and Large (140 x 90 cm).
Our pool range is filled with recycled polystyrene. The Cosy Nest uses a three-density memory foam chip mix for extra support. In every product, the filling sits in its own zip-lined inner bag.
Absolutely. The Cosy Nest and our corduroy Teardrop are made for indoor and outdoor living, and our outdoor-print pieces are just as comfortable inside.

Care and Warranty
Yes. Our outdoor fabrics are UV-resistant, but as with all outdoor fabrics, some colour fading is normal over time with prolonged sun exposure.
Our outdoor fabric is water-friendly, so splashes by the pool are no problem.
Unzip the outer cover from the inner bag and wash it separately.
Every product carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, covering stitching, seams, zips and inner liner construction. Fabric fading from sun exposure isn't covered.
Yes. Replacement covers are available for every range, so you can refresh your bean bag without buying a new one.
